Philip is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee (license #893) who received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Learning as well as his Master of Arts degree in counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Tennessee State University. He has done PRN work at Woodridge Psychiatric hospital and moved his private practice from Johnson City, TN to Murfreesboro in 2012. He is a Clinical Fellow with the AAMFT and is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor for those seeking licensure to do counseling in the state of Tennessee. Philip has also completed coursework in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Neil Monette (Picture will be added)
Neil has always had a passion for helping people. In addition to working with adults, he has extensive professional training working with children and adolescents. He is currently a doctoral student in a PhD program studying counselor education and supervision. His dissertation is examining how spirituality affects counselors and clients who have experienced trauma.
While finishing his Master's degree, Neil worked at a non-profit agency with children and teenagers who had experienced trauma from sexual abuse or domestic violence. He also has experience working with families and adults who suffer from substance abuse and alcohol dependence. Neil is a certified cognitive behavioral therapy practitioner and he is also very experienced using Play Therapy techniques. He is currently training to become a Registered Play Therapist.
One of Neil's most influential experiences was volunteering as a youth counselor for Young Life, a nonprofit Christian outreach organization for teenagers. He also has both personal and professional experience with the foster care system and the process of adoption.
Neil attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in Psychology. While finishing school, he met his wife and they now have three young children. In his free time, Neil likes to go hiking, camping, and fishing with his family. He also enjoys building computers and retro videogame arcades.
