$60 to $120 per 50-minute session based on financial need. To determine the fee you will be charged click on the "Helpful Forms" tab and open the "Reduced Fee Schedule" pdf. A $50 deposit is required when making your first appointment which will be applied to your first visit. Deposit will be forfeited in the event the appointment is missed.
Ancilliary charges apply at the applicable rate.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services are available. To be eligible for the reduced fee you must complete the Financial Information questionaire on the Forms page. If you are paying a reduced fee and pay with a credit card you will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Cash, check and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover) accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
